- DRC updated hours
- Public Assistance Approval - News Release
- FEMA Fact Sheet 1.30.24
OTHER Updates:
- The DRC at the Library is closing today and moving on Thursday. More information will be shared when available.
- HON (Alex) - Waiting to hear from partners about the work they are doing or from survivors. We recently received three referrals from Charity Tracker, but survivors are not responding to the follow-ups. Possibly we will continue to do one project per week. As a reminder, homeowners need to sign the right of entry first.
- Robert (UMCOR) - have not had the chance to pull a report but have amended the screening outreach tool to try to drill out the cases more and identify insurance related needs to make that one of the highest priorities.
- Angela (UW) - The VOAD boilerplate is almost finished. Currently working on a media piece to share the importance of coming together. If you want to participate or have anyone to recognize, there are still some tickets available for the songwriters' night. Let Angela know!
- Andrea (RTN) is working on the job announcement for construction (see attached). Also spoke with SBP and they are willing to bring a team here to help VOAD orgs set up.
- (SBA) Courtney Smith: the second disaster resource recovery fair will be on February 2nd. At the first event, 102 individuals were served.
- Kim (Second Harvest) - the mobile market will be at FF on Thursday.
- Jeff Lysyczyn (LDR) - standing up one of the churches to house volunteers.
- Joel Sullivan (Red Cross) - currently looking at financial assistance for the LTRG as well as bridge assistance for survivors.
- Tina - hopefully by the end of the week we have made a decision about the LTRG Chair.
- Melinda (OMNIA Partners) - Melinda will be in the Nashville area Thursday and Friday, no cost to participate. Email: melinda.pallotta@omniapartners.com
