January 2026 Winter Weather Response

Thank you for connecting with Nashville VOAD

The Needs Tracker will close operations at 7pm on March 5th.

The tracker has served as the central intake system for individuals and families reporting unmet needs following the winter storm. Closing the tracker will allow partner agencies and case management teams time to review, verify, and coordinate responses to the requests already submitted.

Community members who still need assistance after the tracker closes are encouraged to contact 2-1-1, a free and confidential service that connects people with local resources and support.

Please know that you are not alone, and we are committed to walking alongside you as recovery efforts move forward.

This survivor information and intake form helps us better understand how the January 2026 severe weather has impacted you and what support you may need.

Do NOT reapply if you've already submitted a request. Submitting multiple applications slows response times for everyone. Please allow at least 14 business days for a follow-up from a partner agency.

To ensure assistance is delivered accurately, responsibility, and as quickly as possible - the Needs Tracker will only be open weekly: Monday @ 12pm - Thursday @ 7pm.

Individuals seeking assistance or additional guidance may also call 2-1-1, available Monday through Thursday, to speak with a trained specialist who can provide information and referrals.
